Service Description
Enjoy an extended Japanese head spa experience together with our Tranquility Package for Two. Designed for two guests, this service combines personalized scalp care, cleansing, massage, conditioning treatments, and a refreshing mini facial. Scalp Analysis: A visual assessment to better understand each guest’s scalp condition and guide the service. High Frequency Comb with Red Light: A gentle scalp-focused step incorporated into the service to complement cleansing, massage, and personalized scalp care. Scalp Massage: A deeply relaxing massage performed with our oil mask to support comfort and leave the scalp feeling refreshed. Scalp Exfoliation: Helps remove dead skin cells, product residue, and buildup from the scalp. Double Cleanse: Hair and scalp are thoroughly cleansed to leave them feeling fresh and purified. Hair Mask: A nourishing conditioning treatment is applied to hydrate, soften, and protect the hair. Skin Cleansing and Mini Facial: A refreshing facial step including cleansing and hydration to leave the skin feeling clean and renewed. Quick Blow Dry: A complimentary quick blow dry is included so guests do not leave with soaking-wet hair. Hair may not be fully dry, and styling is not included.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full treatment price in all circumstances. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment by email, call or text. Even though we do not do it often and it’s not in our interest, Mizu Japanese Head-Spa reserves the right to cancel any appointment without providing an explanation and reason. The human factor might cause scheduling and staffing difficulties and we are always trying to resolve those if any and accommodate all clients.
