Service Description
Take a restorative pause with our Serenity Package, a relaxing Japanese head spa experience designed for scalp comfort, personalized care, and a refreshing break from your routine. Scalp Analysis: A visual assessment to better understand your scalp’s current condition and guide the service. Scalp Massage: A relaxing scalp massage performed with our oil mask to support comfort and leave the scalp feeling refreshed. Double Shampoo: Hair is cleansed twice using Milbon Scalp Shampoo, followed by Milbon Replenishing Shampoo to help restore moisture, softness, and shine. Hair Mask: A nourishing conditioning treatment is applied to hydrate and protect the hair. Quick Blow Dry: A complimentary quick blow dry is included so you do not leave with soaking-wet hair. Hair may not be fully dry, and styling is not included.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full treatment price in all circumstances. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment by email, call or text. Even though we do not do it often and it’s not in our interest, Mizu Japanese Head-Spa reserves the right to cancel any appointment without providing an explanation and reason. The human factor might cause scheduling and staffing difficulties and we are always trying to resolve those if any and accommodate all clients.
