Service Description
Reconnect with your body through a personalized 60-minute massage designed around your comfort, preferences, and wellness goals. This relaxing experience includes aromatherapy, warm towels, and a soothing scalp massage. During your consultation, the massage style and pressure will be selected according to your needs. Your session may include the gentle, flowing techniques of Swedish massage or more focused deep-tissue techniques for areas that need additional attention. Every Serenity Massage is customized to create a comfortable and restorative experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full treatment price in all circumstances. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment by email, call or text. Even though we do not do it often and it’s not in our interest, Mizu Japanese Head-Spa reserves the right to cancel any appointment without providing an explanation and reason. The human factor might cause scheduling and staffing difficulties and we are always trying to resolve those if any and accommodate all clients.
