Scalp Massage: Performed with our perfected oil mask, this soothing massage improves blood circulation and encourages healthy hair growth while promoting deep relaxation. Scalp Exfoliation: Removes dead skin cells and buildup, helping to restore balance to the scalp and support healthier hair growth. Double Cleanse: A thorough cleansing of the hair and scalp, ensuring a fresh, purified foundation. Hair Mask: Application of a deeply nourishing treatment to hydrate, strengthen, and protect the hair. Hair Steamer: Gently opens the hair cuticle, allowing treatments to penetrate deeply for enhanced moisture and repair. Skin Cleansing, Exfoliation, Facial & Jelly Mask: A full facial experience beginning with deep cleansing and exfoliation, followed by a rejuvenating facial treatment and soothing jelly mask to hydrate, calm, and restore the skin. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full treatment price in all circumstances. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment by email, call or text. Even though we do not do it often and it’s not in our interest, Mizu Japanese Head-Spa reserves the right to cancel any appointment without providing an explanation and reason. The human factor might cause scheduling and staffing difficulties and we are always trying to resolve those if any and accommodate all clients.
