Service Description
Experience Mizu’s most comprehensive Japanese head spa service with our Deep Relaxation Package. This extended experience combines personalized scalp care, cleansing, massage, conditioning treatments, facial care, and restorative relaxation. Scalp Analysis: A visual assessment to better understand your scalp’s current condition and guide the service. Scalp Massage: A soothing massage performed with our oil mask to support comfort and promote deep relaxation. Scalp Exfoliation: Helps remove dead skin cells, product residue, and buildup from the scalp. Double Cleanse: Hair and scalp are thoroughly cleansed to leave them feeling fresh and purified. Hair Mask: A deeply nourishing conditioning treatment is applied to hydrate, soften, and protect the hair. Hair Steamer: Warm steam complements the conditioning treatment and helps create a more relaxing hair-care experience. Skin Cleansing, Exfoliation, Facial and Jelly Mask: A complete facial experience including cleansing, exfoliation, personalized facial care, and a soothing jelly mask to leave the skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. CO₂ Wand Treatment: A cosmetic facial step incorporated into the service to complement the skincare experience and leave the complexion looking refreshed. Red Light: A gentle light-based step added to complement the scalp-care and relaxation experience. Quick Blow Dry: A complimentary quick blow dry is included so you do not leave with soaking-wet hair. Hair may not be fully dry, and styling is not included.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full treatment price in all circumstances. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment by email, call or text. Even though we do not do it often and it’s not in our interest, Mizu Japanese Head-Spa reserves the right to cancel any appointment without providing an explanation and reason. The human factor might cause scheduling and staffing difficulties and we are always trying to resolve those if any and accommodate all clients.
